Models and Tools

Achieving development outcomes that support the sustainable use of energy, water and food resources requires the consideration of multidimensional perspectives. To facilitate this process, many models, tools and methodologies have been developed to characterize energy-water-food nexus impacts, opportunities and tradeoffs. The outputs of these models and tools can serve as a foundation for analysis and dialogue that supports the interests and best outcomes achievable for the energy, water and food sectors.
